We are looking for a Paralegal with expertise in blockchain, fintech, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. This role will provide essential legal support to our advisory team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and regulatory filings related to digital assets, fintech, and corporate law.
Conduct in-depth legal research on evolving regulatory landscapes in blockchain, AI, and financial services.
Support lawyers in case preparation, compliance audits, and client advisory.
Assist in structuring and documenting startups, venture capital deals, and investment structures.
Maintain well-organized legal records and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Paralegal in fintech, blockchain, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
Strong legal research and document drafting skills.
Understanding of digital assets, investment migration, private wealth, and family office structures is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-discretion environment.
