Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation.
Collaborate with industry stakeholders and regulators on emerging legal trends.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with over 5 years of experience in fintech, digital assets, venture law, or corporate compliance.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI, blockchain, and financial services.
Ability to navigate cross-border legal structures, investment migration, and family office planning.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential matters
